C&rsquo;est souvent tenir debout entre deux pressions : celle du dessus (directives, contraintes budg\u00e9taires, r\u00e9formes&#8230;) et celle du dessous (attentes, r\u00e9sistances, tensions dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe&#8230;).<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est devoir incarner un cadre sans toujours le ma\u00eetriser. Je ne forme pas \u00ab\u00a0en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0\u00bb : je pars du r\u00e9el, des tensions, des paradoxes, des dilemmes auxquels les encadrants sont confront\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est en partant de l\u00e0 que le sens se construit et que les outils deviennent op\u00e9rants.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Une exigence r\u00e9flexives et \u00e9thique<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>J&rsquo;utilise une p\u00e9dagogie qui invite \u00e0 penser sa pratique plut\u00f4t que simplement l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cuter. Cette r\u00e9flexion se nourrit de grilles de lecture issues des sciences de gestion, de la sociologie des organisations, de la psychologie du travail, du coaching professionnel et d&rsquo;une philosophie de l&rsquo;action assum\u00e9e.<\/p><p><em>Penser pour mieux agir, comprendre pour mieux accompagner<\/em><\/p><ul><li><strong>Un accompagnement sensible et structurant<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Ma posture combine haute exigence et haute bienveillance.
